Faint line in display of brand new iPhone 16
I recently (two weeks ago) purchased an iPhone 16 direct from the Apple Store. Have had zero issues so far, and have not dropped it or anything - I’m the type of person who has never damaged a phone I’ve had, not even a little crack in a screen or anything. Woke up this morning and noticed a (very) faint grey-ish bar in the display. I’ve restarted it, checked for updates, and checked for signs of water damage. Nothing looks off but the line is still there. I have no idea how it could have happened so I’m not sure what to do. I don’t know how I could’ve damaged it, and it just appeared overnight, so I’m hoping it’s just a temporary software issue but I’m worried it’ll persist. I don’t have Apple care because I have never needed it and I’m past the 7 day warranty. Just worried and not sure what to do in case it doesn’t resolve on its own
