Need some serious help

My internet was working fine until i changed some option, i changed them back to normal and it still doesn’t work properly. I also tried reinstalling windows but it did nothing. Please help me fix this problem

How did I do for a USD 750 Build?

Just completed a 750USD budget build for a friend. How did I do? Also, any advise on how to min/max future builds with similar budget will be much appreciated. All the items are preowned.
