Advice on puppy paw, going to vet in a few days, unsure if im overreacting

Found this on my puppy paw, hes 11 months old. He’s otherwise normal/running playing etc. vet cant see him for a few days and i’m freaking out. Not sure if theres anything I should be doing in meantime? Any advice is appreciated!!
