First time baking scones

What about it?

Made the rosemary and honey scones from Benjamina Ebuehi's book 'A Good Day to Bake'. Absolutely delicious! Inside was still a little undercooked (I think), do I just bring the oven temp down and bake for longer? Or is that what they're supposed to be like?
