Why is The War of Jokes and Riddles out of print?

What about it?

All the other graphic novels of Tom King’s run are readily available; even Scott Snyder’s odds-and-sods Graveyard Shift is well-stocked on Amazon. Did it bomb so badly? Does it not complement Paul Dano’s performance enough? I personally loved it. Please fill me in.

.75 cents is beyond insulting.. you literally have to choose other and type in that amount.. In my area Taco Bell is the slowest restaurant around.. I never take anything from there for less than $6.25.. and never during peak times.. This offer came across this morning and it gave me a good laugh as I hit the decline button!
