How to clean mesh top running shoes

What about it?

I have 2 pairs of mesh top Asics and Brooks, white and lavender. The mats I use at the gym, treadmill and just wearing them out and about have made them look very dirty. I have tried dawn/vinegar, baking soda and bleach, hydrogen peroxide and washing them in the washing machine and nothing works. They still have a lot of life in them but can’t seem to get them looking bright and clean again.

The rare Scythe seems better due to the +40 INT and +22 All, but the other one is legendary so I wasn't sure. I guess the basic skill damage doesn't really matter if I'm just using decompose to get essence
