What about it?
Had a job where the GM would constantly text within 45minutes of a shift starting that work was canceled due to a weather dependent/outdoor job. This has been an ongoing thing for months, several times a week. Never made a fuss, have been a great employee, picked up tons of shifts & slack that the other employees who believed themselves to be superior due to seniority would leave for me. I've also shown up to work several times for this GM to go, "whoops! I didn't text you? No work today." Deal with constant sexual harrassment (PHYSICAL) from customers & male coworkers. I rescheduled this doctor's appt 2x this week & finally said fuck it and assumed I wouldn't be working today because the weather has been the same all week and I've been canceled on every morning. I don't enjoy letting people take advantage of me. There's plenty of other, less shitty jobs out there. She comes across as nonconfrontational in this text but trust me this lady is a bitch w no respect for anyone. She creates the schedule & changes it on a whim and then acts surprised that anyone would have an issue. Done
