This is an over committal of pawns right? people keep doing this when I play them in bullet (not in rapid or blitz) and I feel it results in weakening the king side too much just to grab some space.

I'm 550 blitz. 96% accuracy + 1 brilliant move. My man fell for this trick and surrendered. I'm super happy for the outcome of the whole game.

The engine suggests these types of moves to me quite often where it just looks like I'll lose a piece. I'm thinking there's some line here that I shouldn't try to copy anyway because I'm not good enough to play it well. Any idea what the engine wants here?
