My parents got two new kittens!!!!

My parents lost their cat a few months ago and I got a text today that they adopted a new brother and sister duo!!! They've named the girl Olivia, but the new little gentleman remains nameless. Please help welcome my new fluffy brother and sister!!!!!

Cat peeing outside litter box

My 10 year old male neutered cat has recently started peeing outside his litter box. He’s never had an issue with the litter I use and I haven’t changed it, I’ve taken him to the vet and had him checked for blockages or UTIs, and I clean the litter boxes in my home every day. The only time he’s had an issue is when he’s had a uti but the doctor just gave him antibiotic shot for one on Wednesday and since Wednesday, he was going in his litter box again. The vet said his bladder was a tiny bit swollen so he didn’t think it was marking but he supposed we couldn’t count it out completely. The only change in the home happened over a year ago when I brought home a kitten I found in the dumpster at work. I got the kitten tested for all the things and dewormed before I started acclimating him to my other two cats. I’ve had this kitten for well over a year and Steve has just started peeing on things within the last week or so. Anyway, Steve just peed on a laundry basket of clean sheets. Am I being impatient with his antibiotic? Is this what marking is? If so, how can I get him to stop? Any help is so appreciated! Cat pee is the worst and I’m tired of cleaning it up every day and throwing things away because of it 🙃 Photo of the little pisser in question for tax 🥰
