Help! I turned on my PC today and it won't get out of this screen when I boot it up. I recently put in a new hard drive, however, the PC was working just fine when I put that in. I have no clue how to fix this.

Got surgery today, im all f… up but can’t wait to get to recover at home so I can use my rig.

If I’m mainly gaming at home with a very good Wi-Fi connection (850 mbps speed) with a ps5 and a gaming laptop with RTX 2060 in it. Should I get the backbone and stream games from iPhone 14 pro max or a Steamdeck/ROG Ally? (Asking because I spend hours laying in bed a day lol)

I finally upgraded from my old 11700kf build that I never was a fan of. Took old components, bought a new copy, motherboard, msi z790 tomahawk ddr4 that gave me this setup. My real bottleneck I feel if anything is the gpu that I want to upgrade to a 4080 when I see a goo deal. Let me know what you think.
