Need help. How am I supposed to nurse these abandoned litters, properly?

Just for context. I live in a rural area of Malaysia. Therefore what you have there in your countries, most likely we don't have here. On last Friday, I found a box of kittens abandoned on my local market. Someone heartless person must have done that. They already have their eyes opened. I am not sure they leave their mother there too, but most likely the mother must have been so confused and scared and ran off. I took them to see the vet straight away. Just want you know, the vet here mostly deal with livestock like goats, sheeps and cows. They only provide basic treatment to pets. So yeah...I am trying to nurse these kittens as best I could possible. I need help and advice to ensure their survival. I am no professional.
