Me when burnout hit me vs me today. Thought I was happy. Depression and anxiety hit me hard and I had to change

So I thought everything was going smoothly, working my first 100% job after uni, renovating our new house after work and getting married, all within in a year. I think my body tried to give me hints for half a year without me caring. Got hit with a burnout in easter and have been suffering with depression and anxiety since. The anxiety is starting to fade away (thankfully!) and I can finally look myself in the mirror and not get sick to my stomach. Went from 175lbs to 143lbs, so I'm finally at a more healthy weight for my height. No candy, no soda and going on trips every day helped me loose weight.
