Is my moldy tzatziki safe to eat because of the garlic’s natural antibiotic properties?

I recently found a container of tzatziki at the back of my fridge, and unfortunately, it has developed a small amount of mold on the surface. Now, before you jump to conclusions and advise me to toss it, I've heard that the natural antibiotic properties of garlic can make it safe to consume even with mold. Is this true?
