Need some help identify this fungus.

Located next to the stump of a Dogwood tree that was cut down in 2016. These have popped up in this spot for the last 3 years. Found in the lower Hudson Valley NY, about 20miles north of Manhattan NYC. Additional pictures https://imgur.com/a/NLdDfF2
