Hey everyone just got my first tattoo yesterday already love it already got a idea for my next tattoo in 2 weeks

I got this done about a week ago (GB tattoos, kent, london) and the idea was to get a sleeve but I can’t help but feel like I’ve screwed myself over making such a big centrepiece (the symbol due to be completed on the 6th) has anyone got any ideas of what I could do?
