tattoo permission?

hey so i want to get this tattooed on me, and its art from a "Rae Dunn" the wizard of oz collection — but I need to know if i can still tattoo this lol. I can't ask her(?) or the company(?) directly for permission so im at a loss here Imao... its not like im taking it from a small artist, the company is estimated to be worth like $5-30 million i was just wondering if anything has any say or suggestion. thanks!

I am aware the lettering and the bear are not lined up😂😭 and have a lot of themes going on here(a lot of space themed doodles on the one side). Just wondering if anyone has ideas to fill it or make it flow! Or accept it and leave it haha

Need ideas to upgrade my tattoo — heart stays, line can go!

Hey everyone! I’m thinking of adding to this tattoo to make it look nicer, but I’m not sure what direction to go in. I don’t want to get rid of anything — especially not the red heart (it has to stay!) — but I’m totally fine with covering the black line coming off it. Would love to hear your ideas, see some sketches, or get inspired by similar designs. What would you add to make it look more complete or artistic?
