Is anyone's Smiting aspect still working?

What about it?

I just looked at my ring that I imprinted with the smiting aspect and noticed that it's grayed out as if I already have it applied on another item. I've confirmed that I don't. I'm positive it was working just fine when I imprinted it a few days ago.

Ghastly Reins is amazing but I like this skin more.
