My old chair is full of baby spiders

I use this old chair to play video games, sometimes I felt cobwebs on my legs and I looked for the spider that wove them to kill it and I didn't feel cobwebs again.
Today my arm tingled and I saw a baby spider, looking closer I saw several under the chair. I don't know since when they are there
