Local politician murders premier.
What about it?
In the Canadian province of New Brunswick, our fundamentalist baptist premier has been going through the entire right - wing playbook for a few months now, starting when his minister for education (OOP above) resigned and left the party in disgust.
Since that day, our government has been in a trail spin, going from one cabinet minister resigning to a host of them doing so. Reports have surfaced that many former and current leaders of the party apparatus have called on the premier to resign, which has culminated with the premier announcing yesterday that he intends to shuffle his cabinet and promote "new, loyal" members to positions of power (over the actually so what competent people who have been in many of those roles previously).
The former minister for education above is referencing a belief that our premier is having a crisis of leadership as well as mental health during this uprising from within his party.
The burn is the suggestion that despite our increasingly obscene housing rental market, our premier is hosting his former education minister in his brain, rent - free.
