What is the purpose of those ratings based on one game? I have an ELO of about 750, and in this game I got rated as 2350 (I wish). I even got ratings of 400 for some games. Should I just ignore these?

How is Qxb7 better than Rd1? I got his queen and with Qxb7 he could just move his rook?

My opponent timed out. But I only had a king left on the board. So why is this a draw?
