The red Tibetan text is a very old tattoo that I don’t love, but also don’t hate. I’d like to finish off this arm (there is a small space below the text just above the inside of my elbow ) and I’m not sure if I’m better to add a small filler in there, or look to cover the red text and do something a little bigger. What would you do?

Sorry this is the only photo I have, it's healed now. I was looking to expand down towards my elbow with a bear, or maybe some mountains/nature or both, I just don't know how to transition this piece. If anyone has any ideas it would be greatly appreciated

Advice on tattoo design and placement

I have drawn this design for a tattoo and am not fully sure if it is ready to be tattooed yet, would appreciate some feedback. I am also struggling with the placement. I want to place it on my upper arm (I have a small heart tattoo on the side of my bicep). I want to place it beside the heart tattoo but don’t know if it looks right. Any help is appreciated
