I’m making concha’s a Mexican sweet bread it has milk and eggs and it’s kinda late and I am thinking about leaving the dough out at night before I shape them. should I leave it in the fridge or the counter? (here’s the dough after a hour it gonna be out for around 12 hours)

I made the recipe provided by r/CakePleaseBakeShop and it turned out perfectly! I used a 9 inch cake pan, buttered with a round of parchment on the bottom. 26 minutes in my 335 degree oven (mine has some weird hot spots) produced this amazing result!
