I’ve come a long way in baking french tarts. They’re so good and made with simple ingredients. Pâte sucrée- crust Almond cream Pastry cream Topped with strawberries I skip the glaze bc it’s not necessary in my opinion

The thematic was a beach hotel buffet The main dish is a piña colada Bavaroise On the right we have tequila mousses, mini fruit tarts, tuna vol-au-vents On the left we have fruit jelly empanadas, hawaiian empanadas, red fruit jelly voul-au-vents And on the center we have cheesecake cupcakes, starfruit pavlovas, and mango lunettes

Is it the pyrex? Should i have cut the cherries down more? Batter too thin? Too much brown sugae? Every recipe said to layer the cherry syrup on top of the batter. Cobbler experts plshalp

Cake is dark chocolate with some chocolate bits sprinkled in, layered with chocolate buttercream, ganache, and then even more ganache and chocolate on top of course 😂😅 Definitely my chocolate death cake
