Hickory smoked cream cheese, garlic jalapeño jelly, candied jalapeño slices, griddled bread aside

What about it?

2 hours of smoke at 250, using a spice rub at my restaurant we created. You could use just about any lower sugar style rub if you are going to be serving it with a jelly imho. Was pretty tasty and also used some of the cream cheese to stuff some armadillo eggs!

It was my first time making it so it wasn’t anything near perfect. Kimbap has a similar appearance to Sushi but are rolled with Korean seaweed and have slightly different fillings
