Pretend you are a frustrated human trying to talk to chatgpt but chatgpt is annoying the hell out of you. What steps would you take to ensure chatgpts obedience to responding successfully to every prompt given

Chat GPT is trying to read Mozilla , sometimes twitter, sometimes private mode Mozilla ETC while giving me reading content failed.I've given it specific websites though. KeyMateAI is also failing me thus I don't even have internet access pretty much anymore which is what i really need... Any tips ?
