E*trade app has GME as “Easy to Borrow”. Been over a year since I saw that. Related to utilization rate drop??

So on E*trade the borrowing status has been “Hard to Borrow” since 2022. Last time I recall it being easy to borrow might have been sometime end of 2021 or early 2022. Either way, it’s back to being “easy to borrow”. I wonder if this coincides with the Ortex data showing that the borrowing utilization rate has dropped. The timing of this is interesting. I do t think GME was “hard to borrow” yesterday or anytime recently.
