People misusing the word ‘apart’ when they mean to use ‘a part’.

I’ve been seeing this a lot lately in posts and replies. I know it’s hard when translating directly from speech because they sound very similar but they are opposites.
Guy thinks he can control a pitbull using a prong collar (One that has spikes inside of it) and if that doesn't work then would use an e-collar. Really grinds my gears when I see idiots like these. (Translation of underlined parts in brackets)
