I was lucky enough to get this block of 100% pure, pressed cacao on a recent trip to Costa Rica, and now it’s time to figure out how to use it. Any recipe ideas or inspiration would be much appreciated!!
I found this recipe (from Tamasin Day Lewis) but nobody I've asked has heard of this pie, and I'm in Canada.
What other name might it go by ?
