I was lucky enough to get this block of 100% pure, pressed cacao on a recent trip to Costa Rica, and now itâ€™s time to figure out how to use it. Any recipe ideas or inspiration would be much appreciated!!

What about it?

I found this recipe (from Tamasin Day Lewis) but nobody I've asked has heard of this pie, and I'm in Canada. What other name might it go by ? Am definitely going to make it for Canada Day !!
