what the hell are these divisions??? (i understand how they work just wanna rant)

one week ill be top 2 and then pushed to 5 because a last minute push by half the lobby, next week ill be playing every day just to not make top 3 because suddenly these guys had the enlightenment of a lifetime and have 600 points before tuesday comes. anyone else have bad luck w divisions? i got into crystal so quick but have been stuck here for the last month or so

I’m a terrible chess player that is really enjoying learning the game. Had quite a few great moves but this my first brilliant. Blunder mistakes and misses are still unfortunately a regular feature too. I’m open to any tips, advice and recommendations 👍🏻
