I work at a blue home improvement store, and have been doing pricing this week. I've noticed quite a few price "changes" that are a cent or two lower, so they can claim "New Lower Price". I had one product that was originally $9.99, was increased by $20.00 then tagged with "new lower price"@$29.99.
