Hard lumps on dog's lip?

Hi all, last night I noticed these lumps on my dog's lip. They feel somewhat hard and she isn't bothered nor feels pain when I touch them. Any idea what this is? For context, my dog is a German Shepherd, 8 years old and hasn't had any serious health issues. Thanks!

My beagle turned one year old. Likes vegetables, chicken liver and cereals. Can it be combined with dog food?

Should I be concerned of how her poop looks like? She has been menstruating and we just got her a new diaper. We were asleep so we didn't realize she already ate her diapers. Can anyone tell if this is okay?

How do you guys mentally stimulate your dogs? I have puzzles, but I always forget to use them. Also, how to get over guilt of leaving your dog at home while you’re at work?? Doggie day care and sitter services aren’t something I can afford right now

What is this black spot? Found on my dog just now and will try to go to the vet tomorrow. It seems to be somewhat firm and on top of the skin. Anyone have ideas?

Five days ago, I applied frontline flea and tick to my dog. Today when he came in from outside going potty, something fell off his back and onto the floor. This MONSTER! His coat is short and almost transparent and I did not notice any ticks at all when I was applying 5 days ago. This is the first tick I have ever seen on him, and it’s weird that it’s after the application. What did I do wrong? And what do I need to do know? I’m spiraling.
