He sleeps like that from time to time.. I wonder if that’s comfortable but he keeps sleeping like that for hours and then I think.. Ah, cat’s are liquid..

This little guy got dumped on our property

What about it?

I heard my cats fighting, and thought they were disagreeing with each other. Turns out they were tearing into this baby. He looks to be about 12 weeks old. I have no idea where he came from. We have 6ft walls with electric fencing all around our property (the joys of living in South Africa), our own cats can't get out, so I have no idea how he got here. He's clean, no fleas or ticks, not particularly malnourished, no diseases. Completely unsocialized though. He doesn't understand litter boxes, or people, but he's enjoying the food I used to foster and socialize feral kittens that needed to be bottle fed, but this little dude has me completely stumped. He's not hissing, spitting, biting or scratching. He just wants to hide in the closet in the spare bedroom and to be left alone. That's not happening though - he's getting chin scratches and lots of chats throughout the day. When he's a bit more settled in, he's going to the vet for a check up and his first round of shots. I guess we have another cat now. I've named him Oats. The other cats are deeply unpleased by this situation, but they're going to have to get over themselves.

Pickles spends most of his day right here, doing exactly this.
