Putting the rook here instead of the queen was a losing move by me. Can you see why?

Went from -0.8 to +6.0 in one move. It was missed by opponent thankfully. ~1000 Blitz

Can anyone appreciate how good this move is? Thought I was losing for sure! He has his pawns bottom left ready for queen and I had 1 pawn which I fed to his king at h5 and he fell for it. Now I have his rook and will be able to take both them pawns bottom left and he can do nothing about it. Really thought I was losing that one but think I have saved myself a loss.

I had to position funny a few times since he had a knight he kept messing with me with and then had to not stalemate him when he sat next to his pawn. I couldn’t get that last piece there fast enough. In my heart it’s a win.

Am I Watching Too Much Tal?

I saw almost-tactics (can I get that h rook hanging?) and was dizzied by various exchange orders, this position broke my brain. Took me 4 minutes to make a move that sent analysis to zero lol. Curious to hear about what people are thinking when they see this position, white to move.
