I beat BOTW under a different Switch account and there’s only one thing missing in my TOTK game that I’m sad about
What about it?
The champions picture isn’t in -my- Zelda’s house. I was really confused about why it was missing, and after searching why it wasn’t there, realized I hadn’t hung it up in my BOTW game. So I tried to find my save file, and it wasn’t under my Switch account… I guess I sort of knew / remembered this because the horses that were imported at the beginning weren’t the ones I had at the end of BotW. Lo and behold, I discovered that I had played my most thorough BotW playthrough + Champion’s Ballad under a different family member’s Switch account.
Anyway, I don’t even care about my high stat horses being missing; I just build Zonai machines anyway. But I found out that I care a stupid amount about the fact that I earned that picture but I can’t make it show up. It’s not even Link’s house anymore anyway, but… I’m reminded once again how frustrated frustrating it is that Nintendo still does not allow users to transfer save files between Switch accounts on the same console.
So I found a new glitch
What about it?
At the Iun-orok shrine, there are 4 owl statues. If you climb the second one on the right all the way to the ceiling, you get stuck in a swimming animation. You can move a little bit and when you “drown†it drops you back onto the statue. You can teleport out and it is repeatable.
