Feeding young bunny Timothy/orchard hay?

Is it ok if a young bunny around 10 weeks old doesn’t have Alfalfa hay? The breeder I’m getting my holland lop from doesn’t feed them alfalfa and I’m worried transitioning to alfalfa for a few months and then transitioning back to Timothy/orchard will cause damage

This is going to be a copy and paste from Facebook, because I’m really upset that this bunny doesn’t have a home.I figured that this was may be a good shot in the dark Hello! If anyone is on/near Long Island, NY, Turbo the rabbit is growing very old in the shelter and has never had the chance to experience a comfortable loving home. Understandably he is a bit shy and anxious, but worth the extra effort.
