Excuse the um.. “swirls” and the line between the swirls and the circle in the middle. Also my first time using piping anything 😅 If anybody has the cookbook, it is “The Best Chocolate Cake” from Crazy Sweet Creations by Ann Reardon (How to Cook That on YouTube, highly recommend!)

What about it?

This is the first time i’ve put an effort into decorating + frosting a cake. Before i’ve just done plain frosting with no fancy piping tips. Numbers are a little lopsided (sadly didn’t have a small enough tip) but I think it’s pretty good for a homemade cake 😊

Vegan and gluten free lemon tart with a beautifully zesty lemon curd, made from coconut milk. The crust is deliciously nutty and sweetened with dates.
