Stuck on connecting to game

What about it?

As said in the title I'm trying to join my friend who is also on ps4 and I'm stuck on the connecting to game screen, I've tried it on novile as well I try to join my mobile world from my ps4 and I'm still stuck on connecting to game, I've tried reinstalling it and I've even made sure everything was updated but nothing seems to work

What about it?

So I was working in the garage and over the noise of my audiobook, I heard the constant meowing of a cat in distress. This little guy was in the road (90 degrees) dehydrated, skin and bones, dry skin/fur, and desperate for attention. I offered him food and water and he drank the entire bowl of water before considering the food (which he devoured) Since then he’s been getting pets from the kids, a flea and worm treatment, and a food and water supply. Needless to say he hasn’t left the porch.
