Ground bacon, minced onions and chuck in the patty. Roasted garlic and chive aioli. Lettuce from my garden.

[OC] Deli Meat Sandwich - Chipotle Chicken, Salsalito Turkey, Roasted Turkey, Gruyère Cheese, American Cheese, Pepper Jack Cheese, Mixed Greens, Avocado, and Tomato Mayo on Ciabatta Bread.

The onion adds sweetness and lightens a traditional carbonara IMO. Let's see how many hate comments I get...
