The villagers I have and who I want

So these are my current villagers, I think I’m going to get rid of the ones circled and then replace with the 4 at the bottom, they are my dream villagers. But I’m thinking if I get rid of circled 3, who else would I get rid of before I invite my 4 dream? Also even though I love the 4 at the bottom is it a bad idea to have biskit, cube and dizzy as they’re all lazy? I’m trying to get a good balance of different personalities. Please let me know your thoughts on picking the best villagers!
