Ciabatta question!
What about it?
I made ciabatta for the first time. It’s DELICIOUS! However, I really missed that “dusty flour†look on most of them. (Like the middle one in my pic, except more so.)
Does anyone know how to ensure they come out more floury on top? Thank you!
And they said I couldn’t stack a tres leches…

The results are in from my previous post…you CAN stack a tres leches! And 4 layers too! Husband-and-party-guests-approved. Had an extra bottle of the soaking liquid on standby and definitely helped for the few areas that needed some extra milk, but otherwise it was heavenly with just the right amount of milk!
