What about it?

This is layered from bottom up as such: scrambled eggs, crispy crown hash browns, white American cheese, hardshell flat corn taco, grilled onions, diced tomatoes, bacon, american cheese, mini flour tortilla (to make it possible to do the crunch wrap fold with no center hole). Cheese is boars head deli sliced, boars head bacon, eggs from a local farm. Sort of a play on an omelet offered at many New England diners called an American Omelet which has bacon, tomatoes, grilled onions, & American cheese.

Milanesas (thin slice of beef dipped into beaten eggs, seasoned with salt, and other condiments) with different toppings!

One of my favorite Thai dishes!! Expats who come to Thailand usually goes for Phad Thai. But this dish is actually much more famous among Thais. I would say most of Thais eat this more often than Phad Thai or Tom Yam Kung. (Eggs usually cooks as fried eggs.)
