What about it?
This is my take on the samyang instant noodles! I cooked some garlic first and added black bean sauce and water. Then I added the noodles, rice cakes, bok choy, a hot dog, and fish cakes. Once cooked I added cheese on top and covered until melted. Then I topped it with furikake seasoning, gochujang flakes, green onions, and some soft boiled eggs!
Grilled Ahi Tuna topped with spicy sriracha mayo and avocado salsa.
What about it?
Super simple and delicious! I’m on keto and have lost 20 lbs over the last month and a half! Love this diet. I thought it was going to suck and be super restrictive, but I’ve made so many amazing, delicious dishes lately!
