It would’ve been nice for them to tell me they didn’t have the drink so i would’ve known. I also got the order late waited almost two hours and food was all cold and drink was flat. But i didn’t lash out, ended up getting most of a refund back.

I want to get the 50% off dash mart orders but don’t see a code and when I go there it doesn’t automatically take the 50% off. And yes I’m a dashpass user!

I’ve been dashing for a few years now and the past week has been pure shit. Little to no orders. I dashed from 8:30-120 tonight and made $25.50. Dashed the same hours yesterday and made $12. As you can see I manage to do fairly decent on my pay and I work the same hours. They never change. Is anyone else experiencing these issues with their towns or is it just me?

DoorDash doesn’t care when you pay for priority

I have seen many people here say paying extra for priority is a waste and it doesn’t change anything, I never believed it and often paid for priority and never noticed anything off. Well yesterday when ordering food I watched on the app as the driver pulled up to the restaurant, left to drive a few miles in the opposite direction and stop at a house for a few minutes to then turn around and drive back to the restaurant and pick up my order. It arrived 30 minutes later than what it originally said it would. I messaged support asking why the dasher is going the opposite direction after I messaged her and got no answer, support told me even though I paid for priority my order was still batched!

Delivery driver brought the wrong food to my house

They left it outside before I could make it out there to tell them it wasn't mine. I don't know anyone around me with the name on the bag. We live in a house with a decent yard, so it isn't like a townhouse situation. Not sure what to do here? Call Doordash? Enjoy my free breakfast? Idk I feel terrible for the dasher and the customer. Also, just want to add that right above the flower pot and food, is our address numbers on the house - they are also posted twice on our mailbox which you walk past to come into our yard - so our address is well marked.

So i was doing an order from wing-stop and they didn’t label the orders like I thought they did. Basically, i made a mistake since i was afraid to open the bag. I tried to go back but other dude didn’t wanna answer the door like 1 minute later… well at least one guy was happy tho 😂😂😂 bro got 30 wings when all he ordered was 10 and some fries 😭😭😭
