my dog hates wearing her jacket even though it’s cold

basically what the title says. my dog has always hated wearing jackets. i usually respect it and don’t force her unless it’s really cold and she’s shivering (like she was today). but she gets so upset and miserable when i make her wear a jacket. i’d love some advice to help make wearing a jacket less of a chore for her!! Good morning, my 5 year old Jack Russell seems to have reverted back to being a puppy, she has started to wee and poo in the house again, even though she has access to outside. Also she has become fussy over her food, we have tried all different products and brands but to no avail. If anyone could give advice please on what we should try next ??
