Generally how do I determine whether to repeat? This is an example where I incorrectly drew by repetition because of my back rank and undeveloped pieces (engine says white's better), there were other games where I should have repeated but didn't.

Why is 500 much easier than 400 I have won my last 5 games in a row by queen blunder resignations?
