What about it?

My girl has had drippy eyes for years now. We have asked the vet about what to do and we're given a cream to apply to her eyes. Thing is, it always comes back, and she HATES getting the cream applied. It makes her depressed and untrusting all day. I just want to help her without ruining her mood. Does anyone know what this condition is and if there's anything else I can do about it? (She's 16)
