Lemon Herb Summer pasta [oc]

What about it?

8oz lentil pasta, 4 carrots chopped, a bunch of asparagus 1/2” pieces, 3 cups edamame, olive oil, 5 cloves garlic, juice and zest two lemons, salt, pepper, 2 Tbsp parsley. Cook pasta keep warm, cook carrots 3 mins, cook asparagus and edamame with carrots 10 min or until tender, add garlic and parsley. Remove from heat add lemon juice and zest. Add to pasta. Parmesan if desired.
