What about it?

unfortunately the only pic i have, but wondering if anyone has any idea what variation of amanita this is (and why)? found in the adirondacks, upstate NY, USA

I frequently find growths like this along my stone in my back yard and also along the edge of my stone and AstroTurf. Can anyone ID it and tell me how to prevent it from growing?

Found my first Chanterelles

What about it?

I’m 95% sure these are chanterelles, they aren’t orange on the inside when cut open, forked gills, and were found by an oak and some type of pine tree. I am in Southern Ontario as well. I was thinking of tossing these on some pizza. Any suggestions on what to do with them. I know the classic garlic and butter is a common go to for these.

Cute tiny mushrooms, central NJ

Hello Can someone pls help identify these mushrooms? Saw a whole bunch across a neighbor’s yard. Super tiny, probably no more than a couple inches tall. Central NJ, USA. THANK YOU

Found in Smokey Mountain National Park

Found in SMNP in a rotting tree trunk. I don't have tree ID. Lots of oaks around though. Hydnellum variety?

Polypyramis, virgineoides, or abrupta?

Western Maryland, near Appalachian mountains. It had some buddies around it but they had brown warts. Could be onusta but I'm not sure (I'm new to this sorta thing).

It’s huge and standing in a bed of weeds. Got at least 10 slugs all over it!
