Found my first Chanterelles
What about it?
I’m 95% sure these are chanterelles, they aren’t orange on the inside when cut open, forked gills, and were found by an oak and some type of pine tree. I am in Southern Ontario as well.
I was thinking of tossing these on some pizza. Any suggestions on what to do with them. I know the classic garlic and butter is a common go to for these.
